Return Policy

At REEF, we are committed to providing products that reflect the highest quality standards we take pride in. Therefore, we would like to clarify our return and compensation policy:

Return & Compensation Policy (30 Days)

This policy is valid for 30 days from the date of receiving your order.

First: Returns (Refunds)
Returns are accepted only if there is a proven manufacturing defect in the product.
In this case, the refund will be processed after the condition is verified through Customer Service.

Second: Compensation or Resolution
The following cases will be handled through compensation or the appropriate action as REEF deems necessary:

Receiving a product damaged during shipping or with a clear issue.

Receiving a product different from what was ordered.

Missing items or an incomplete order upon delivery.

Offers that include more than one perfume cannot be partially processed; the entire offer must be handled as one unit.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the case will be resolved immediately at no additional cost once Customer Service is contacted.
